The BCBA provides programmatic oversight for students with social-emotional needs, conducting functional behavior assessments and designing data-driven intervention plans. They also coach paraprofessionals and collaborate with staff and families to support IEP development and implementation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a BCBA or BCABA certification. Preference is given to those with at least two years of experience in urban public or charter school settings.

This position reports to the Chief Student Support Officer.
