Classroom Aide- Experience Springbrook

The aide will assist the classroom teacher by providing direct care and supervision to students with disabilities in a residential school setting, while also facilitating their involvement in educational activities and therapies. Primary duties include implementing individualized education programs (Ieps), assisting with daily living activities, managing behavior, and recording daily data.

Applicants must be currently enrolled college students in good standing, with experience working with children being preferred. Essential requirements include demonstrating professional communication skills and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs independently and assist with heavier lifting.
