Key duties involve recruiting, evaluating, and overseeing instructors, maintaining program records, and managing the full course lifecycle from design to evaluation.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or industry field, or equivalent experience and training, is the minimum requirement. Candidates must possess the ability to manage and develop it courses, have experience in adult learning environments, and demonstrate strong information technology skills and planning/Course development experience in an academic setting.
