Teachers Aide

The teacher's aide assists the lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom and playground operations, implementing a developmentally appropriate program while ensuring a high quality of education and care for students. This role involves floating to various classrooms for coverage and supporting the site in multiple capacities including kitchen, classroom, and office support as directed.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though current college-Level coursework is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience working with young children being strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a warm and nurturing demeanor, emotional maturity, flexibility, patience, and the ability to interact professionally with children and adults of all socioeconomic levels.
