Graduate Registered Nurse Residency Program

The 12-Month nurse residency program aims to expand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for a registered nurse to progress from entry-Level competence toward proficiency and expertise. Responsibilities include developing clinical judgment, delivering safe, evidence-Based care, building leadership skills, and applying research in daily practice.

Candidates must have graduated or be projected to graduate from an accredited nursing program and possess less than 12 months of prior registered nurse experience. A valid connecticut rn license is mandatory before the orientation start date.
