Chaplain

The chaplain is responsible for promoting a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and providing on-Call support to them and their owners. This role requires striving to build and maintain clear two-Way communication and trust throughout the organization and with served companies.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of secular workplace experience, though a business degree can reduce this requirement, and a bachelor's degree in biblical studies is required, with a master of divinity preferred. Essential abilities include serving employees through sensitive crises, practical problem-Solving, and interpreting various forms of instructions.
