2nd Grade Math Teacher

The teacher must plan and implement instruction across multiple subjects within a blended learning environment, focusing on state standards and participation in tap requirements centered on data-Driven instruction. Essential duties include creating an engaging learning environment, preparing students for academic achievement, communicating progress to parents, and collaborating with special education staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 24 credit hours in the content area and hold a valid louisiana teaching license for grades k-5 or 6. Preferred qualifications include national board certification, tap or core knowledge experience, experience with blended learning, or at least two years of successful teaching in an urban environment.
