Youth Care Professional I Overnight- Valhalla

The youth care professional i supports daily resident functioning by delivering relationship-Based, competence-Centered, and trauma-Informed solutions to help youth and families reach their potential. Essential functions include engaging youth, maintaining safety ratios, providing support services like mentoring and life skills training, and executing activities and transportation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid nys driver's license for at least one year with a clean record and required insurance coverage. Candidates must also obtain cpr certification within 60 days of hire and demonstrate emotional competence, documentation ability, and skills in behavior management, including therapeutic crisis intervention (Tci) physical restraints.
