AmeriCorps After School Youth Mentor

Members will support student academic growth and personal development by leading structured active recess activities, providing targeted literacy or math tutoring, and leading social-Emotional mentoring sessions. Additionally, they will support after-School programs, including homework help and enrichment activities, throughout the school year and summer programs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old (17 with parental approval) and possess a high school diploma or ged by the start date, along with us citizenship or lawful permanent residency status. Essential qualities include a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and ethical standards.
