Paraprofessional AMS Little Rock (25/26)

The paraprofessional works alongside talented educators guiding motivated students through an advanced curriculum, which includes supporting scholars in the classroom and occasionally substituting for teachers when necessary. The role is dedicated to influencing positive changes in at-Risk communities by preparing students for college and successful careers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have passed the paraprofessional exam, or hold an associate’s degree or higher. Prior experience working with children in a school setting is required, with bilingual proficiency in english and spanish being preferred.
