Nursing Professional Development Practitioner / RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the professional competence and growth of nurses and other healthcare personnel by applying the anpd practice model across onboarding, competency management, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Primary duties involve coordinating orientation, validating competencies, delivering continuing education using evidence-Based methods, and coaching staff for career progression.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, along with a valid, unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board and current bls certification. Required knowledge includes the anpd scope and standards of practice, strong communication, teaching, and facilitation skills, and proficiency in microsoft office and lms platforms.
