Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI Crystal Lake

Registered behavior technicians provide individualized, one-On-One therapy sessions to clients diagnosed with autism, collaborating with managers and bcbas to help clients achieve goals in various settings. The primary focus is empowering clients to develop self-Advocacy, acquire life skills, communicate effectively, and learn socially significant behaviors while managing challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and maintain consistent attendance, passing required criminal, sex offender, abuse/Neglect, and mvr background checks. The role is physically demanding, requiring agility, strength, and the ability to assist clients with physical movement and hygiene needs.
