Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI Austin

Registered behavior technicians provide individualized, one-On-One therapy sessions directly to clients diagnosed with autism, collaborating with managers and bcbas to help clients achieve goals. The primary focus is empowering clients to develop self-Advocacy and life skills, enhance communication, learn socially significant behaviors, and manage challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and maintain consistent attendance, passing required criminal, sex offender, abuse/Neglect, and mvr background checks. The position is physically demanding, requiring agility, strength, and the ability to assist clients with physical needs and aggression safely.
