Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI Champaign

Registered behavior technicians provide individualized, one-On-One therapy sessions to clients diagnosed with autism, collaborating with managers and bcbas to support goal achievement across various settings. The primary focus is empowering clients to develop self-Advocacy, acquire life skills, improve communication, and learn socially significant behaviors while managing challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and maintain consistent attendance, passing required background checks including criminal, sex offender, abuse/Neglect, and mvr checks. The role is physically demanding, requiring agility, strength (Lifting up to 50 lbs), and the ability to assist clients with physical needs and aggression management.
