Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI Oswego

Registered behavior technicians provide individualized, one-On-One therapy sessions to clients diagnosed with autism, collaborating with managers and bcbas to support goal achievement in various settings. The primary focus is empowering clients to develop self-Advocacy, acquire life skills, improve communication, and learn socially significant behaviors while managing challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation, along with consistent attendance and clear background checks including criminal, sex offender, abuse/Neglect, and mvr checks if required. The role is physically demanding, requiring agility, strength, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as assisting clients with hygiene needs.
