Teacher (Licensed + Career Switcher)

The primary function is to develop and deliver a learning experience for each student that addresses their unique educational needs and aligns with overall program goals. Responsibilities include implementing individualized plans, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate in the subject area or be pursuing a special education endorsement within two years, along with experience working with youth, preferably in a group setting. Additional requirements include good physical health, the ability to administer behavior management techniques, and a valid driver's license.
