Core responsibilities
The registered nurse will collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement, evaluate, and follow up on patient care plans, which includes conducting ongoing systematic assessments of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families. Responsibilities also involve interpreting assessment data to develop comprehensive nursing care plans, participating in interdisciplinary rehabilitation goal planning, and ensuring timely and accurate medical record documentation.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited registered nursing program and must possess a valid state rn license and current bls certification by the start date. Flexibility in scheduling is required to complete the necessary program requirements.
