Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in an allied health field and have 3 to 4 years of operating room experience as a surgical technologist. Prior teaching or precepting experience in a student-Centric, hands-On learning environment is required, along with certification from the association of surgical technologists (Arc/Stsa).
