Participates in the planning and implementation of the course, and reviews and revises content as necessary. Selects audiovisual materials, references and other appropriate resources to facilitate learning. Prepares, administers and analyzes evaluation methods. Coordinates learning experience with appropriate clinical staff. Consults with area Department Chair. Attends course meetings. Presents in an organized manner. Develops presentations to encompass new concepts, principles, term and clinical application. Presents in an expressive manner encouraging student contributions. Uses a variety of teaching strategies. Implements ongoing assessment of student learning. Evaluates student achievement of expected learning behaviors. Provides verbal/written feedback. Supports college operations. Participates in systematic plans of evaluation. Participates in the advisory roll for student learning. Attends college functions. Supports college goals.
