Specialty Preceptor – Emergency Department

This role involves working directly with emergency room orientees, providing clinical guidance and support during orientation and onboarding periods. The coordinator also communicates orientee progress to leadership and collaborates on adjusting onboarding plans and refining orientation tools.

A minimum of an associate degree in nursing is required, with a bsn mandated within two years of hire, along with an active kentucky registered nurse license. Candidates must possess three years of clinical experience, including knowledge of emergency department operations, and hold current acls and bls certifications.
