Revenue Cycle Educator

This role involves delivering and developing training related to access, revenue cycle processes, and software for network colleagues, while also identifying performance gaps and recommending training solutions to operational leads. Duties include creating customized educational materials across multiple platforms and serving as a resource for helpdesk inquiries regarding insurance and registration.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with three years in healthcare patient access or revenue cycle and prior training experience. Required abilities include managing revenue cycle initiative education phases, knowledge of workflow analysis and process improvement, and proficiency in quickly learning new software systems.
