Residential Counselor - Full Time/Part Time

The residential counselor will provide one-To-One support and supervision to adolescents struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues while maintaining vigilance over the milieu. Responsibilities also include engaging in client activities, facilitating psycho-Education groups, performing crisis management, and assisting with daily life skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 21 years old, and be willing to work at least one weekend shift. Experience working with teens or in a behavioral healthcare setting is preferred, along with dedication and flexibility for the changing nature of residential treatment.
