Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by a supervising bcba, focusing on building communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills in children through evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt. They are responsible for collecting accurate data, documenting progress, and maintaining ethical standards while working directly with children in various natural settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities, or experience in childcare or school-Based settings.
