Core responsibilities
The new graduate rn resident will provide direct patient care across various specialty areas including acute care, critical care, nicu, labor & delivery, and surgical services. Support and training, including lectures, simulation, and clinical experience with preceptors, continue throughout the first year.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be rn new graduates with less than 12 months of rn experience and must obtain a temporary or permanent rn license by the start date. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and a strong work ethic, with previous patient care experience being preferred.
