Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children, preparing the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group learning activities. A key focus is helping children develop independence and confidence while fostering warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a genuine love for young children. Interest in the montessori approach is desired, though prior experience is not required.
