Core responsibilities

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct one-On-One support to children with developmental disabilities under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data, assisting in treatment plan development, collaborating with the team, communicating with parents, and maintaining accurate session documentation.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the united states. Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or completion of 40-Hour bacb modules are preferred.
