Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and provide direct one-On-One support to children with developmental disabilities. This role also involves collecting and analyzing data, assisting in treatment plan implementation, and communicating progress updates to parents and caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess the registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the united states.
