Social Work Intern - Behavioral Health Service Line

The internship assists in preparing social work interns to understand the profession’s missions, values, and standards while ethically seeking the well-Being of the client population through various rotations and clinical caseload management in the second year. Duties involve providing indirect and direct services, participating in multidisciplinary treatment teams, and assisting with treatment plan formulation and discharge planning.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and be currently enrolled in an accredited university working towards a master’s in social work. Preferred qualifications include one or more years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
