Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Technicians must implement therapy plans designed by a bcba and collaborate effectively with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home service delivery. Eligibility requires passing the rbt exam within 45 days of hire after completing the required 40-Hour training course.
