Chess Instructor | Spring

Instructors will lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum to teach fundamentals and promote good sportsmanship. Responsibilities also include managing the classroom environment, encouraging critical thinking, and adhering to all school safety protocols while traveling to various local school sites.

Candidates must have experience working with groups of children, be comfortable leading classes independently, and possess a strong grasp of chess fundamentals to explain concepts clearly to young students. Reliability, a professional demeanor, and availability on weekday afternoons (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm window) to teach 1–5 classes per week are mandatory.
