Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will support children and adolescents with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication administration within a residential setting. Responsibilities also involve creating a positive environment that encourages skill-Building and using behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with a valid u.s. Driver's license with at least one year of licensed driving experience. Essential personal attributes include patience and compassion, with prior experience supporting individuals with special needs being preferred.
