Special Education Teacher Assistant/Para/Instructor

The role involves providing direct classroom support to lead teachers by implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) and assisting students with personal care and behavioral interventions. Responsibilities also include using applied behavior analysis (Aba) strategies to foster skills like communication and independence, while documenting progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, preferably hold a bachelor's degree, and possess a current and valid u.s. Driver's license. The position requires availability for a full-Time, 40-Hour work week, monday through friday, with specific shift patterns and a mandatory weekly morning meeting.
