Classroom Counselor

The classroom counselor will implement daily schedules and individualized programs, providing instruction in academics, communication, self-Care, and social skills while collecting progress data. They will also use evidence-Based strategies to manage challenging behaviors and partner with staff and families to support treatment plans.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field, along with a valid u.s. Driver's license and at least one year of driving experience. Candidates must possess empathy and patience, and have required experience supporting children or individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities.
