Middle School Learning Specialist - part time

The specialist will provide research-Based instructional and developmental support to middle school students (Grades 5-8) through push-In, small group, and individual meetings, focusing on areas like reading comprehension, executive functioning, and academic self-Advocacy. This role involves collaborating with faculty to implement differentiation, reviewing evaluations to create student plans, and leading professional development for staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education, speech-Language pathology, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience working with school-Age students facing language-Based and math-Based learning needs. Strong intercultural competencies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are also required.
