Core responsibilities
Sports instructors should be innovative, creative, fun, and inclusive to provide quality programming that encourages learning, healthy living, development of gross motor skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Instructors will create and execute their own curriculum to meet the needs of the participants.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience coaching a sport or teaching physical education, along with at least three years of playing experience in a team sport, and experience working with children from pre-School through older teens. Applicants must also be at least 17 years old and obtain cpr, first aid, and aed certifications before starting.
