Direct Support Professional

Direct support professionals ensure the safety and health of individuals attending the day program while supervising, coaching, and assisting them in achieving daily living goals like food preparation and cleaning. Responsibilities also include planning and documenting programs to meet personal needs and participating in community outings and job opportunities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid non-Provisional driver's license. Applicants must also be empathetic and capable of attending ten days of paid, on-Site orientation during weekdays.
