Licensed Physical Therapist (Leave Replacement)

The physical therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services to eligible autistic students with complex emotional-Behavioral needs to enhance their access to the academic environment and maximize participation in school activities. Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing individualized therapy programs, documenting progress, and training staff on therapeutic carryover strategies.

Candidates must possess a doctorate in physical therapy (Dpt) from an accredited program and have a minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience working with students on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities. Required abilities include thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles in educational settings and strong documentation and organizational skills.
