Core responsibilities
The overnight awake shift worker is responsible for the welfare of adolescent girls in a residential program during overnight hours (11pm – 7:30am), which includes remaining awake, performing 15-Minute bed checks, and implementing security procedures. Staff must also engage clients positively, assist with morning routines, and adhere strictly to program safety policies and documentation requirements.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalency, and have a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle for work use. College coursework and one year of relevant experience are preferred, along with a commitment to required training in fa/Cpr/Aed, medication administration, and cpi crisis intervention.
