The overnight awake shift worker is responsible for the welfare of adolescent girls in a residential program during overnight hours, which includes remaining awake, alert, and security conscious while monitoring clients and performing required bed and security checks every 15 minutes. Staff must also engage clients positively, assist with morning routines, and strictly follow all program safety and security policies.

Requirements summary
