Overnight Awake Shiftworker, Providence, RI

The overnight awake shift worker is responsible for the welfare of adolescent girls in a residential program during overnight hours, which includes remaining awake, alert, and security conscious while monitoring clients and performing required bed and security checks every 15 minutes. Staff must also engage clients positively, assist with morning routines, and strictly follow all program safety and security policies.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalency, and have a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle for work use. College coursework and one year of relevant experience are preferred, along with a commitment to obtaining certifications in fa/Cpr/Aed, medication administration, and cpi crisis intervention.
