Preschool assistant teacher

The assistant teacher will support lead teachers in delivering curriculum, setting up classrooms, and managing daily routines while fostering early learning through play-Based methods. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe environment and assisting with child assessments and communication with families.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, and candidates should possess strong skills in communication and classroom management. Experience working with young children is preferred, along with a commitment to principles of equity, inclusion, and confidentiality.
