Behavior Technician, willing to train

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for this fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
