Preschool Teacher

Teachers are responsible for planning and implementing individualized, developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. They must also build strong family relationships and developmental partnerships with caregivers.

A child development associate (Cda) credential is required, though an associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must possess strong classroom management skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and confidentiality.
