Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with families to implement life-Changing aba care, helping children learn new skills and reach milestones in their home setting. Responsibilities include providing in-Person behavior intervention services, collecting and recording data on child behaviors, attending supervision sessions, and participating in team meetings.

Candidates must possess a minimum high-School degree or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for working with children with special needs, ideally with prior experience. Possession of rbt certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe is required, along with reliable transportation.
