Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Applicants must also be physically capable of movement and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification within 45 days.
