Physician - Trager Institute/Optimal Aging Clinic - Louisville, KY

The position involves providing full-Scope primary care and consultative care for older adults at the trager optimal aging clinic. Additionally, the role includes supervising geriatric medicine fellows and working with family residents and students.

Applicants must be board-Certified or board-Eligible in family medicine or internal medicine and obtain licensure in kentucky. Additional training in an accredited geriatric medicine fellowship is preferred, along with demonstrated clinical and teaching skills.
