Pharmacist Resident, Post Graduate Year 1, UofL Hospital

The resident will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication order evaluation, clinical intervention, and monitoring drug therapy for safety and efficacy across various patient conditions. Major duties involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing drug information, participating in emergency response, and contributing to formulary management and departmental initiatives.

Candidates must have graduated from an acpe accredited college of pharmacy and be licensed or license-Eligible as a pharmacist in kentucky. Required certifications include current basic life support, with advanced cardiac life support certification required as determined by pharmacy leadership.
