RN Educator, Peace Hospital

The rn educator collaborates with leadership and the professional development department to enhance patient care quality and nursing practice through clinical education, competency initiatives, and direct clinical support. This involves serving as a clinical expert, learning facilitator, consultant, and change agent, developing educational programs, and fostering staff empowerment for safe patient care delivery.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing and a minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse in their clinical specialty, along with an active, unrestricted kentucky rn license. Required certifications include professional nursing certification in the clinical specialty (Obtainable within six months of hire) and american heart association basic life support provider certification.
