Epic Cupid, Sr Principal Trainer Specialist

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced training programs and instructional materials for the epic ehr system, ensuring end-Users can effectively navigate and utilize related applications. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to align training content with organizational workflows and clinical best practices to enhance user experience and support patient care.

Candidates require significant experience, with options ranging from a bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of experience, or an associate's degree with 7+ years, or a high school diploma with 9+ years in healthcare, it, or training, specifically with strong ehr/Epic experience. At least one application-Specific epic principal trainer certification relevant to the department is required within 120 days of hire.
