Clinical Professional Development Practitioner - Transplant Center

The clinical professional development practitioner develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education strategies across assigned departments, serving as an expert focused on the learning needs of new team members, experienced staff, and students. This role also facilitates onboarding and orientation programs while maintaining clinical expertise by providing direct patient care.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Bsn required, or a master's in nursing may substitute) along with 3-5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience, and must obtain required missouri or kansas rn licensure upon hire. Clinical education, professional development, or leadership experience is preferred, and specialty certification is required within two years of hire.
