Outreach & Admissions Counselor

The primary objective is meeting arrival goals through community outreach and involvement to attract eligible applicants for the job corps program, while also supporting student retention throughout enrollment. Duties include conducting outreach activities, interviewing candidates, determining basic eligibility, providing career-Based counseling, and maintaining monthly goals.

Candidates must possess proficiency in advanced microsoft office applications, computer literacy, and knowledge of admissions and recruitment processes, coupled with high levels of communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate's degree plus two years of related experience is required, along with a valid state driver's license.
